If your design is Print ready  and downloaded into CMYK Simply upload your design using our upload tool. Please make sure your file is in a PDF print format, you can upload multiple files.

Upon receiving your file, we will check it, make any necessary adjustments, and then send you a proof, for you to check over and approve.

Our average turn around is between 3 - 5 working days, 7 - 10 days for large quantity orders.

If you require your signs urgently, please send us a message and we may be able to fast track it for you. For your convenience, if you are part way through a design and your having some difficulty, we will of course help you. You are more than welcome to send us the design you have and we will be happy to finish it for you under your instruction.

Step-by-Step Guide: Sharing Your Canva Design with WedFetti

Follow these simple steps to send us your design directly from Canva:

Step 1: Open Your Design in Canva

Log into your Canva account and open the design you'd like to have printed.

Step 2: Click the Share Button

In the top right corner of the Canva editor, you'll see a purple Share button. Click it to open the sharing options.

Step 3: Get Your Shareable Link

In the share menu, you'll see a section that says "Share a link to view and edit". Make sure the dropdown is set to "Can edit" so we can access your design properly.

Step 4: Copy the Link

Click the Copy link button. This will copy your design's unique sharing link to your clipboard.

Step 5: Email Us the Link

Send an email to support@wedfettiuk.com with:

• Your Canva design link (paste the link you just copied)
• Your order number
• Any special instructions or notes about your design

Once we receive your email, our team will review your design and begin production. We'll contact you if we have any questions or need clarification.

💡 Important Tips:

• Double-check all spelling and details before sharing
• Ensure the sharing permission is set to "Can edit" not "Can view"
• If you prefer, you can also download your design as a PDF and attach it to your email
