Our venue only permitted rose petals, and we chose Wedfetti following a recommendation. The petals themselves were beautiful, but when our order arrived during the week of the wedding, each bag contained just five petals. We had ordered 80 medium portions, and the amount looked much smaller than the example shown on the website.
I contacted Wedfetti immediately and received a prompt reply confirming that we had been sent small portions by mistake. They arranged for the remaining petals to arrive the next day and offered to put them into 60 additional bags. As we already had 80 bags prepared, I agreed to add the petals to those myself. I appreciated their quick response, although receiving and sorting the extra petals two days before the wedding added stress.
We appreciate that real rose petals are expensive, but we paid £180 after a 10% discount and were disappointed with how sparse the confetti looked in our wedding photo, even after the additional petals arrived. It would help buyers if the website gave an approximate petal count or weight per portion, so they could judge how much to order.
We sadly do not have a “confetti shot”. Despite Wedfetti’s efforts to put things right, based on our experience, I sadly wouldn’t recommend them.
Thank you so so much for the samples. We chose white and pale blue. To have it sent to us and be able to see it was a real bonus.We absolutely love the confetti! Absolutely perfect in every way. We’ll be ordering in the new year for a June wedding. Can’t wait!
